The management team at Polymer Compounders Limited (PCL) held their biannual commercial strategy meeting in Durham this week.
These meetings are an opportunity to review the company’s growth strategy, assess our new technical developments, discuss ongoing key projects and plan for the future. It is also a chance to get together, have fun and reinforce the team spirit which helps our company stand out with our customers.
Following the tradition, a golf tournament took place under Houghton-le-Spring‘s grey sky – thankfully, the rain didn’t invite itself! This year, Roger Newcombe, Area Manager for Wales and Central UK, won the competition, with Stuart Hurst, our Site Manager, a close second. A delicious Thai dinner followed to celebrate the winners and our good commercial results!
